{ Hidden Garden } – Boojum Tree Engagement Session

Ty and Brenda love the Boojum Tree so much, they not only wanted to get married there, but they wanted to also take their engagement photos there as well. I am always up to a challenge and can’t wait to shot them how different this space can look with different lighting.. so off camera flash is coming for the wedding portraits I love the Boojum Tree, it is just a unique space with some of the most gorgeous lighting in the valley. {Jenna and Marc} – Tempe Town Lake Engagement Photos

I met Jenna and Marc downtown at Tempe town Lake last night for their engagement shoot. We were really hoping for some awesome sunset shots on the bridge, but mother nature wasn’t having any of that and gave us lots of dark clouds instead. At least it didn’t rain though! The two are planning a small destination wedding for themselves and so you need to convince them to take me with.. comments below are welcome, lol A Huge Thank you to Michael Shandro from Shandro Photo for coming all the way from CANADA to assist me with the lighting. I had so much fun with you all and hope you just love the photos!

{Christina and Jim} – Deer Valley Airport Engagement Photography

Christina and Jim are marrying this summer in beautiful New York, but thought it would be appropriate that their engagement photos should be in Arizona. The two met when Christina signed up to take flight lessons, and Jim was her instructor. I guess the rest is history, which is why we chose the Deer Valley airport as the perfect location for their photos. We even got to use the couples airplane in the shoot.. how very cool! After we were done in the hanger, we went to Cave Creek for some awesome sunset shots. I had a great time with the both of you and I hope my silly jokes didn’t scare you away Enjoy your previews!

Christina and Dale chanced the weather with me today and met me out at Agritopia for some engagement photos. I love this location, so much greenery! Although it did end up raining on us, we got some awesome shots and I def got to know the two of you better I can’t wait for the wedding! Stay tuned for more of these two!

I met Dana and Brady in the elevator of Keely and Derin’s wedding last year at the Hotel Valley Ho. Brady was staring at me and said I looked familiar.. When I told him my name he immediately remembered me and was like.. “HEY it’s me Brady from elementary school!” I can’t lie.. I didn’t recognize him one bit.. I remember him from when we were kids and immediately blurted out his full name, , he just looks so different to me now. When we were kids, Brady was the blondest boy with the biggest blue eyes.. I admit many girls in the second grade thought Brady was just the cutest . It is funny how people cross your paths in life, and what role we are to all play in each others lives. I am glad that we ran into each other and Dana loved my work so much that she trusted me to photograph her and Brady’s Special day. I told Brady and Dana that I was going to post some of the old grade school photos in this post.. but I remembered all my grade school things are in a dresser drawer at my parents house.. so I will have to get them and post them with the wedding photos I had a blast with you guys and cant wait to work with you again at the wedding. Congratulations to you both!’[

Noelle and Kyle are getting married this fall and decided they wanted to get some great engagement shots at the fabulous Arizona Intercontinental Montelucia. The resort is absolutely amazing with breathtaking views of the Arizona mountains. The decor is not to shabby either I had a blast with you two, and I am so happy we didn’t melt, although we came close. These two braved temperatures in the high 90′s!!!

Erin and Zack met me in Sedona last night for an amazing engagement session. We went to Slide rock for most of the pics. we had planned on grabbing some awesome sunset shots up by the Chapel, but they closed the road down so we could not get to it. With the sun setting so fast, we grabbed some sunset shots in the driveway of a neighbor, who let his dog out on us! I was scared, lol! I had fun with you both and enjoy the previews!
