I apologize for the delays to my blog stalkers, I mean readers.  We are in the process of moving and creating a fab new studio space, but construction takes a lot of time and energy, and we have had to focus a little less of our attention on editing this past week.  Thus our editing and preview times have become 1-2 weeks longer than usual.  We apologize for any inconvenience, but plan to be up to normal again soon!  So here is one lovely couple who have been so patiently waiting to see their engagement photos!  I photographed them a couple weeks ago on a fab AZ spring day at Papago Park.. We got the best sunset, don’t you agree?

I was so honored, when Christopher, who is a photographer himself, and his new fiance asked me to take their engagement photos for them.  To me, being asked by another photographer is the biggest compliment, and I appreciate the chance to be able to work with others in the field.  The two, who recently had their first daughter together, are planning a small intimate wedding and wanted to get some ” seasonal” feeling photos.  While our original session got rained out, I think we were lucky to catch the beginnings of the peach blossoms coming in.Thank you for choosing me to work with you!

I met Claudia and Aaron last week at the botanical gardens to shoot their engagement.  They were such a fun couple to work with, a little shy and timid at first, but we worked with them and got them to loosen up .  Congratulations on your engagement, and all my best wishes on your destination wedding!
