I am a little biased, I will admit. I think Talon is one of the cutest little men around. So he’s my nephew, OK, but how can you argue with me when he looks at you with those gorgeous baby blue eyes? I always wanted to take the credit for having beautiful babies, but looking at Talon and my oldest daughters baby photos, it is evident to me, that there must be something from the daddy’s side of the family that created these gorgeous babies. Happy birthday buckaroo! I love you to itty bitty pieces XOXO.

I can’t believe how time flies by. It seems as if just yesterday we were welcoming my neice Alexis into the world, and now she is almost two years old! She was not much into the photo taking, so we distracted her with a tea party and some bubbles. Happy early birthday sweet Alexis from your Auntie who loves you very much!

{ Little Dribbler} – Connor Turns 1!

So maybe you remember this little cute from the baby in the basket post, and if you do you are probably in shock it has been a whole year already! Connor turned one about a week ago and just has grown into the cutest little guy ever! Seriously world.. watch out for this one. he is already dribbling a soccer ball better than I can. Sure he looks like a drunken sailor doing it.. but can you say Prodigy?? He really wasn’t so interested in the photo shoot.. but most 1 year olds are not.. however, we got some cute shots of him!

I photographed this little cutie this past summer, and was so happy to come back and photograph her 1st birthday pictures. She just learned how to walk and was very adamant about being free and not tied down.. which made for an interesting portrait SITTING, lol. But with mommy’s dance and song skills in the background.. I think we got some winners BTW sometimes I wish my second was there just to take photos of the parents entertaining their children Happy Birthday Princess!!!

{The Brown Family at McCormick Train Park} – Arizona Holiday Family Portraits

So This is the 3rd time I have gotten to work with the browns! I love this family, so much fun and Mason is such a doll! I love being able to watch the children I photograph grow up. We met this morning at the McCormick Train Park In Scottsdale. Mason is at the age where portraits are not the least bit interesting to him, so we opted for more candid and in the moment photos. Mason had fun roaming the playground and mom and dad got banged up on the tiny equipment, not quite made for adult size behinds. Regardless it was a fun time and we got some great shots!

A couple weekends ago we took the kids up to Reservation lake to go fishing and camping. The kids loved it, Ashlynn is not afraid of getting dirty. She even helped bait the hooks with live worms and threw all the fish back after we caught them. She loved it so much. Ryleigh wasnt too much into sitting on a boat for hours at a time, she much preferred running around the camp and chasing the squirrels that came around. Mason caught a ton of fish and was by his dad’s side the entire time. it was a fun time!

I met Mackenzie and her family this morning for a family shoot in the park. The weather was gorgeous and we had almost the entire park to ourselves. It was a beautiful morning with a beautiful family. I enjoyed working with you all!

Kaden and Conor were a fun pair to photograph! Kaden is such a clown and was more interested in playing with the toys than taking photographs and Conor, the angelic sleeping baby( normally) , would have none of what we wanted him to do. That’s the joy of shooting children!
