what a way to wrap up a wonderful weekend of weddings. Gorgeous weather, fun couple, and beautiful location. Christina and Dale we married at the Secret Garden in Phoenix, with about 70 of their closest friends and family. It amazes me how I can be witness to so many weddings, and every ceremony is always different, and true to the couple. Christina and Dale were no exception, choosing to incorporate a special song while she walked down the aisle escorted by her uncle. Christina, you were truly beautiful! I have enjoyed getting to know you this past year and I can’t wait to see what life has in store for you and Dale.. you are a perfect pair. Dale, Smile.. it looks good on you Thanks for laughing at all my silly jokes! You two are the best.. Have fun in Hawaii, and remember.. I travel ;)

{ History and Horticulture } – Wedding at the Wrigley Mansion

Danielle and Nick wed last evening at the historic Wrigley Mansion. The two love History and nature and incorperated both into their wedding through their amazing venue overlooking the entire valley. The view was breathtaking, the light was perfect, the tears were real and it was just a beautiful evening.

{ Fun Fun Fun } – Chelsea and Les at Portico

Chelsea looked absolutely stunning last night ! She and Les were married at Portico in Queen Creek Arizona. It was such a fun night thanks to their awesome DJ Nate with infinity entertainment. He was so much fun and kept the crowd involved the entire night.. def check him out if you are looking around. Jen with Ever After Florals provided the beautiful bouquets, and A Peice of Cakeprovided the beautiful cake! It was a fun evening full of laughter, smiles and a few heartfelt tears, Oh and some drool too.. check out the sleeping little boy on his dad’s shoulders

Britni and Cody have been together 6 years and decided this was the year they are going to get married in none other than beautiful St. Thomas. We met today for their engagement photos at The Boojum Tree Hidden Gardens and they brought their third Family member Gracie. She stole the show for a bit. I never get tired of this property.. there is so much to photograph! I am constantly finding new angles and shots to try! It was so great to meet the three of you today and I hope you love your sneak peaks!

{ New Beginnings } – Scottsdale Engagement Photos

Bonnie and Randy are to be wed this April and will be blending two families together. It was especially important for Bonnie to include the children in the shoot, so we had planned on meeting this past weekend at their home for some shots.. however, just as I arrived to their home, it started to pour, the outdoor shots that we had hoped for were interrupted by rain, so we shot the family as fast as we could and met up with Randy and Bonnie this morning at the Scottsdale Civic Center to finish the engagement part of their shoot. Here are some shots from the two sessions.

Tenile, Jeff and I just couldn’t stop laughing at tonight’s anniversary Session at The Boojum Tree Hidden Gardens. Tenile and Jeff are from New Mexico and have been married 6 years, but Tenile thought it would be fun to get some photographs of the two of them while they were out here visiting. Jeff, as most husbands and fiance’s do, obliged her and was ” challenged” in the posing area, however, he caught on rather quickly Their endless smiles in their photos are adorable and I appreciated them laughing at all my lame-o jokes and awkward posing while shooting. Those who have shot with me can attest that I get into some weird poses while trying to get the shot.. most are very uncomfortable, but anything for my clients Onward to the sneak peaks!!!!

{ Coronado Beach Wedding} – Paige and Alex

Paige and Alex originally had planned on a Desert Botanical Garden wedding, but when the planning got out of hand and the guest list kept rising, they decided to take the wedding to one of Paige’s most treasured childhood memories, Coronado Island. As fate would happen, there had to be a little bit of disturbance on the wedding day and mother nature toyed with spells of wind and rain. Paige and Alex were un-phased, and in Alex’s own words, weather was not the reason for the day, it was only important the two were married. So true! The ceremony was to originally be held on the beach of the GORGEOUS Hotel Del Coronado, but with the wind and rain, the ceremony was moved indoors to the boat house just across from the beach. Paige and Alex even braved windy and intermittent rain to grab a couple beach shots right at the last bit of daylight. It was such a magical day and I am so blessed to have been part of it! Enjyoy you two!

{ Little Dribbler} – Connor Turns 1!

So maybe you remember this little cute from the baby in the basket post, and if you do you are probably in shock it has been a whole year already! Connor turned one about a week ago and just has grown into the cutest little guy ever! Seriously world.. watch out for this one. he is already dribbling a soccer ball better than I can. Sure he looks like a drunken sailor doing it.. but can you say Prodigy?? He really wasn’t so interested in the photo shoot.. but most 1 year olds are not.. however, we got some cute shots of him!
