I met Jenna and Mark downtown at Tempe town Lake last night for their engagement shoot.  We were really hoping for some awesome sunset shots on the bridge, but mother nature wasn’t having any of that and gave us lots of dark clouds instead.  At least it didn’t rain though!  The two are planning a small destination wedding for themselves and so you need to convince them to take me with.. comments below are welcome, lol :)   A Huge Thank you to Michael Shandro from Shandro Photo for coming all the way from CANADA to assist me with the lighting.  I had so much fun with you all and hope you just love the photos!

I met Eily over a year ago when she booked me for her own wedding.  Eily is the owner and a musician with Sweetwater Strings.  When she told me she wanted to get some more updated shots for her website, I was excited to work with her and her musicians.  we opted for the local desert scenery, beautiful sunset and off camera lighting.  Enjoy the previews!  If you are looking for music for your wedding or any other special event, def check them out!  They are all so talented, and just great to be around.. the guitar player is hilarious too.. just sayin.

{ Golf Industry Cover Shoot} – Payson Arizona Photographer- Justine Miller

About a month ago I told you how we went up to Payson to shoot the cover for Golf Course Industry magazine.  Justin, the Manager up at the Rim Golf Club just forwarded me the proof of the cover.  So here it is:

Justin is a super cool guy and the course is just beautiful.  They do hold events and things there, so perhaps someplace to consider if you are looking for a wedding venue in the high country ;)

What a perfect afternoon!  Sharry Kay and Sergio met me at the Monte Lucia for a fun sunset engagement shoot.  The location was just beautiful, one of my favorite places to shoot!  The two are marrying this September in New Orleans, Sergio’s home town.  Yes he loves the Saints :)   I had so much fun laughing with you and hope you love the previews!

{ Deer Valley Airport Engagement} – Christina and Jim- Arizona Engagement Photography

Christina and Jim are marrying this summer in beautiful New York, but thought it would be appropriate that their engagement photos should be in Arizona.  The two met when Christina signed up to take flight lessons, and Jim was her instructor.  I guess the rest is history, which is why we chose the Deer Valley airport as the perfect location for their photos.  We even got to use the couples airplane in the shoot.. how very cool!  After we were done in the hanger, we went to Cave Creek for some awesome sunset shots. I had a great time with the both of you and I hope my silly jokes didn’t scare you away :)   Enjoy your previews!

Baby Noa was just an ANGEL!  Normally, I like to shoot newborns when they are less than a week old, so when Noa’s parents mentioned she was on her way past 6 weeks old already, I was nervous as to what baby we would get.  This is often a time when the babies transition from sleepy bendy babies to alert, fussy and often time stiff babies.  Noa was none of the above, she slept for hours on end, and aside from a few peeps here and there, she was just the sleepiest, squishiest baby ever. I met Noa’s parents over a year ago at a wedding I was photographing, and I am just so honored that they remembered me and sought me out for their newborn photos.  Thank you again!  Enjoy the previews.

Little Miss A is getting ready to celebrate her 1st anniversary and wanted to do something extra special for her wonderful husband, so she decided a boudoir session was in order.  we met up at the hotel Valley Ho in Scottsdale for a shoot and had a blast!  I love shooting Boudoir sessions, they are just so unrestricing, and the woman always leaves feeling just gorgeous and beautiful.  If you are thinking of doing one of these sessions, I highly reccomend it.  Here are some sneak peaks for you ;)

Yes, I did it.  I made Garrett come to their engagement session during the Cardinals first playoff game.. but hey at least they won ;)    Lauren and Garrett met me at Tempe town lake for their engagement shoot this evening.  It was a lot of fun, with interesting characters along the way :) Lauren is just GORGEOUS!  I can not wait for their wedding this March.. stay tuned for more of this beautiful couple!
