We can service far more e-mails than phone calls, as well as have a written record of your contacts.

What to expect once you purchase your Groupon

Groupon does not provide me with your contact information, so it is imperative that you contact me via e-mail.

We only schedule 4-6 weeks in advance. Some weeks we have more availability than others depending on our wedding and presonal schedules. We choose the dates/times and locations throughout the valley and you will be able to pick the time slot that best fits your needs. You do not pick the location and we do not travel to your home. We will try and add the locations that are being asked for into rotation, but we can not guarantee anything. Remember, this is a Groupon, we are accommodating a large group of customers who got a great deal, so the work flow is slightly different than a regular priced session.

Shoots will be set up every 30 minutes at predetermined locations throughout the valley. You pick from the available dates/times/locations to best suit your family.

Shoots take place Monday-Thursday   and SOME Fridays and Saturdays, all predetermined locations and times.  We do not shoot Sundays. Weekend availability can be limited, and usually is very popular, so it is best if you are flexible in your session times. We will do our very best to get you in when it is convenient for you, however we only have so many weekends open due to our own family schedule and weddings that are already booked.

Do you release the original or RAW files?

No, all digital files are touched up and converted to .jpeg files. We do shoot in RAW, but we never release those files.

Do you photograph pets and can they be included in the session?

Yes! You are more than welcome to bring your pets to your session. Keep in mind that certain locations will prohibit animals, so be mindful when picking your space of the rules regarding pets.

What does the Groupon include?
Portrait session for 6 persons or less ( additional person(s) can be added at $10 per person), 30 minutes of shooting time ($100)  Additional 30 minutes may be purchased for $65.

Two Groupons MAY NOT be used back to back in the same household to give you a full hour shoot.

2 digital images ($100). Additional digital files may be purchased at $25 per file.

Order must be placed at same time to be eligible for the discount.

*please note the digital files are two images dent via dopbox, not the entire session  .


Can I buy this Groupon as a gift for family or friends?
Yes, you can buy multiples to give as gifts.


What type of sessions is this Groupon good for?
Families, Children, Babies, Couples, Engagements, Headshots.

Commercial work , weddings and newborn photography is not included in the Groupon.


Can I use this Groupon for my engagement photos?

Of Course!


Can I use this Groupon for my wedding photography?
Unfortunately no. However we would love to discuss our packages with you.


Do you have a studio?
All of our family sessions are on location using natural daylight.

Our indoor studio is small and reserved only for newborns.


What locations do you shoot at?
A sample of our locations include:

Freestone Park, Gilbert Riparian Reserve, Heritge Square, Papago Park, Desert botanical gardens, Tempe Town Lake, Mill Avenue, Scottsdale Civic Center.  Our locations are mainly in the east and central valley.  We do not travel to the West or North Valley.


Can my portrait session be held at my home?
For safety reasons, we do not travel to clients homes.


Will you travel to Flagstaff, Tucson or Sedona for my session?
No, the Groupon will not cover a session outside of our designated shooting locations. However, you may contact us to upgrade your sitting fee.


How long will my session last?
Sessions are 30 minutes long


Can my session be at more than one location?
Due to time constraints we cannot shoot your session at multiple locations.


Do you allow for outfit changes?
Again, due to time constraints, outfit changes are not allowed for these sessions.


How soon can my session take place?
Dates are subject to availability. NO DATE CAN BE GUARANTEED.


How many images from my session will I get to choose from?
You can expect anywhere from 15-20 images.


How long after my session can I order prints?
Images will be available within 3 weeks from your shoot. You will be send a password and have 1 week to order your images.


Can I substitute items? ie: exchange the digital file for a gift print or swap the prints for digital files.
No substitutions of any kind.


Do I have to purchase any additional prints or products?
Of course not, but you may want to :) The only additional charges to you would be Tax and if you choose to have your images shipped to you, you would be responsible for shipping.


Can I scan, reproduce or email the images from my session?
No! It is against federal copyright laws to do so. But you are welcome to purchase additional digital files.


How soon will I receive my prints once I have placed my order?
Prints will be available approximately 4-6 weeks after your order is placed. We will contact you when your prints are available. Rush processing is available at a nominal fee depending on your order size.


Where can I pick up my order?
Orders will be digitally delivered, Prints will be mailed (additional fees will be incurred to cover shipping costs).


What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your photo session for any reason, please give us at least 24 hours notice. If you fail to do so, the value up to the Groupon price may apply. We understand things come up and we will work with you if we are given proper notice.

Only one cancellation or reschedule is permitted. If you cancel or reschedule twice, your Groupon value will be used to cover our cancellation fee and you will not be rescheduled.

Remember there are lots of others who would love your space, so do not commit to a time or date unless you are 100% committed to it.

Reschedules due to weather do not count toward this policy.


When does my Groupon expire?
6 months from your date of purchase.
