So it seems to be a small world these days.  I have run into quiet a few high school alumni in my recent shoots, and Genevieve is one of them!  While not as random as some encounters have been, the two of us were both in dance class together and spent many a Christmas preparing for endless dance shows.  However, we really did not keep in contact after graduation.  So I was surprised when she contacted me for her family photos and tagged the request as ” I am not sure if you remember me”  lol.. anyone who was in dance with Genevieve would remember her.  She was an AMAZING dancer!  She is just as sweet as she was back then and just as beautiful.  It was fun getting a glimpse of her life and family this past weekend.  Thank you for asking me to be your photographer and you MUST keep in touch!

I had a blast getting to know John and his boys this past week at their family shoot.  All I can say is that boys are so different than girls.  Their endless energy is amazing, and they don’t cry about every little thing, haha.  Can you tell I have girls?  It was my pleasure photographing all of you.  I wish you all a great Holiday Season!

I have mentioned the fabulous ladies over at Uptown Bridal Boutique before, but I will mention them again.  Seriously ladies, if you need a wedding gown, bridesmaid, prom, or flower girl dresses, go see them now!  Not only do these ladies have the cutest shop in the valley, but they are so knowledgeable.  They can help you find the perfect gown for you and even help you pick out the perfect accessory for your big day!  When the ladies asked me to do a photo shoot for their marketing materials, I was all over it.  I knew these ladies would bring the utmost in creativity and they did not let me down!  Enjoy the previews ladies and I had a great time with you all!

I met Christie and Artie and we immediately hit it off.  Artie is such a fun goofy, sarcastic person, and those of you know know me, know that we blended very well.  I love having fun, telling silly jokes, even if they come from laffy taffy wrappers, and just making sure everyone is having a good time.  Artie and Christie are a lot like that.  Christie is a bit of an opposite from Artie, but the two compliment each other so well, and really love each other.  I was so surprised to see how nervous Artie was at his wedding, it was touching to see this emotion from what I had perceived to be such a silly man.  When the two took the dance floor for their first dance, Artie about lost it and just feel apart in his brides arms, it was so touching.  Congratulations to the both of you!
